Joyeuse Senga is a Master of Science in Public Health Graduate and Mastercard Foundation Alumna at McGill University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Health Sciences from Samford University. Following her undergraduate studies, she worked as Research Associate to the Vice Chancellor at the University of Global HealthEquity (UGHE) in Rwanda. She has held various research roles working on community-based projects focusing on equitable vaccine uptake in immigrant and refugee communities in Montreal, Quebec. Joyeuse is passionate about promoting community-based participatory research to facilitate the uptake of evidence-based policies and inform the delivery of quality and equitable health care to the most vulnerable communities.
